Philip Bednarz

Philip leads Adtran’s AI-driven management, orchestration and automation portfolio, guiding strategic direction and day-to-day execution. Working closely with product and engineering teams, he delivers software solutions that help service providers modernize operations and scale more efficiently.

Before joining Adtran, Philip served as CPO at DZS. He also spent 15 years as a senior executive at ASSIA, and held earlier leadership posts at 2Wire and 8x8. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.
