Purchase orders should be processed directly through one of the Adtran authorized resellers listed on the ALJP 2026 agreement.

For audit purposes:

Note the product's base price on the ALJP 2026 Price List.
Look up the part number on the Enterprise Product Line Product Offering and Base Pricing list.
Verify that the base price matches the list price from the ALJP 2026 Price List.

*Note: Some items on the Enterprise Product Line Product Offering and Base Pricing list are not covered by the ALJP 2026 contract.

Normal/common shipping costs (if any) for the delivery of the specific product(s) within the product lines ordered by individual members of the LEA group shall be included in quotes by the authorized resellers. These costs will be clearly identified and documented in specific contract quotes and any sales communication.
