The Adtran SDG 8700 Series is a scalable portfolio of WiFi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) service delivery gateways designed to help broadband service providers standardize in-home connectivity across residential networks. It enables Wi-Fi 7 deployment at scale across mass-market broadband, Gigabit and premium multigigabit service tiers. The portfolio includes dual-band and tri-band mesh gateways that support speeds up to 10Gbit/s. With 6GHz, 320MHz and 4K QAM support, along with multi-link operation (MLO), the SDG 8700 Series offers higher bandwidth, supports 200+ devices, and delivers a more consistent experience. Built on a unified software platform, Adtran’s SDGs work seamlessly across the SDG 8600, 8700 and 9700 Series, extending reliable coverage indoors, outdoors and across communities. The SDG 8700 Series supports Intellifi®, TR-369 and Plume, enabling flexible Wi-Fi 7 deployment while maintaining consistent operations, lifecycle management and long-term platform scalability.

Our SDG 8712 is a dual-band Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) residential gateway and mesh satellite, equipped with 2.5GbE WAN and LAN ports to deliver multigigabit speeds to homes and small businesses. It features 4x4 radios on the 2.4GHz band and 5x5 radios on the 5GHz band, and can operate as a primary gateway or satellite. It delivers up to 7Gbit/s aggregate capacity to support hundreds of connected devices. An additional receive chain on the 5GHz band enhances throughput and extends range by up to 20%. It supports Intellifi®, TR-369, TR-069 and Plume. The SDG 8712v includes one voice port.
SDG 8713/8713v (be7200)
Our SDG 8713 is a dual-band Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) residential gateway and mesh satellite, equipped with 10GbE WAN and LAN ports to deliver multigigabit speeds to homes and small businesses. It features 4x4 radios on the 2.4GHz band and 5x5 radios on the 5GHz band, and can operate as a primary gateway or satellite. It delivers up to 7Gbit/s aggregate capacity to support hundreds of connected devices. An additional receive chain on the 5GHz band enhances throughput and extends range by up to 20%.
