Mosaic One Fabric

Build the agents. Skip the plumbing

Mosaic One Fabric is the governed substrate for telecom-grade agentic AI. Your team composes the agents that fit your workflows. Fabric carries what sits beneath them: the tools, the cross-domain intelligence and safe, governed access to every domain and vendor in your network. Operators keep telling us the same thing: expose everything and let us build. Fabric does exactly that. It normalizes multi-vendor telemetry into a single current-state view, turns diagnostic expertise into deterministic tools that agents can call, and exposes all of it over the model context protocol (MCP) and REST. What once took months of integration becomes a workflow a skilled engineer can compose in days and adapt as requirements change. Adtran’s own Mosaic One apps and agents run on the same foundation, so you can build your own, consume ours, or do both.

Built for the network you actually run

Real networks are mixed across vendors and domains, and your workflows span them all. Fabric normalizes telemetry from Adtran and third-party gear alike into a single current-state view spanning the home, access, aggregation and transport, so agents reason about the subscriber’s line and network, not which vendor built which box.

Intelligence no single operator could build alone

Fabric’s intelligence is proven across a large and growing base of service provider networks, the kind of reasoning no operator could build from their own data alone. Deterministic functions like root cause analysis return the same answer for the same inputs, so agents act on trustworthy signals rather than confident guesses and guardrails keep both the network and the agents operating on it safe.

Open, not a walled garden

Fabric doesn’t wall you in. Your agents can read and operate across the network through it, and its tools work alongside other agent-ready systems and third-party gear, whether the agent calling them is Adtran’s, a partner’s or your own. A closed catalog grows at one vendor’s pace. An open ecosystem grows at the pace of everyone building on it.

Your data, your tokens, your economics

Agents are what consume tokens, and because you own the agents, you own the cost. Fabric sits over data you already own and is never the only door to it, so your spend stays visible per workflow, budgeted by your rules and run on the models you choose, in the cloud or on your own hardware. Never a vendor-locked meter.

Support to get from first workflow to production

Getting to autonomy is a staircase, not a leap. Adtran is building out services to help operators design, integrate and tune agentic workflows, from readying your data to calibrating what agents are trusted to do. Start with one bounded use case, prove it, then expand from there.
