The NetVanta 1335 provides robust IP routing and 24 ports of Power over Ethernet (PoE) switching to power ShoreTel phones and the ShoreGear family of switches. At the remote location, an ADTRAN Total Access IP Business Gateway provides a T1 router and 16 ports for mixed analog FXO/FXS interfaces. When coupled with an ADTRAN NetVanta 1224ST PoE switch, up to 24 ports are available for LAN connections to ShoreTel phones, computers, wireless access points and other LAN devices.
NetVanta 3448 Multiservice Access Router with a NetVanta 6355
An ADTRAN NetVanta 3448 Multiservice Access Router with 8-port PoE switch is used at the host location along with a NetVanta 6355 IP Business Gateway at the remote location. In this application, a lesser number of PoE ports are needed at the host location. At the remote location, the NetVanta 6355 provides routing and 24 ports of PoE switching, along with FXS/FXO interfaces and remote survivability with SIP-based phones.
