ACES (ADTRAN Custom Extended Services) is a comprehensive and flexible installation and maintenance service program designed to protect your network from unnecessary downtime. With ACES protection, if something goes wrong with the ADTRAN equipment you will have priority access to fully trained and ready-to-assist technical experts.

With ACES, you can resell our stand-alone services or customize coverage to supplement your own services program to meet your customers' needs. You can protect new or existing ADTRAN equipment in the network, at host or remote locations.

ACES Installation
ACES delivers a complete line of professional solutions designed to meet the needs of our enterprise channel, including implementation of ADTRAN Unified Communication products, as well as installation and maintenance solutions designed to meet the unique support requirements of the IP Telephony customer.

ACES Maintenance
ACES offers five different maintenance programs ranging from five days-a-week, eight hours-a-day and next business day equipment replacement to seven days-a-week, twenty-four hours-a-day and equipment replacement within four hours of notification.

ADTRAN offers many different programs for equipment maintenance, including ACES UC / BCS Maintenance UC software updates, configuration file back-ups, and configuration management for the NetVanta 7000 as well as special programs for IPT Maintenance.

ACES UC Software Assurance
ADTRAN Software Assurance (SA) is a comprehensive maintenance offering designed to help you get the most out of your Unified Communications investment.
