Installation Services

ADTRAN ACES Remote Installation Support features telephone support for technically proficient customers who want to install their product but with the support of experts. Our team will handle project management; build configuration files and have a scheduled, dedicated engineer on the phone with the customer during installation.  We provide the technical expertise to install and test the product, ensuring proper operations within the network.

ADTRAN ACES On-site Installation Support delivers the technical expertise on site to perform the installation and testing for you.  ACES On-Site Installation includes all the value of the remote install including project management, with the added value of an ADTRAN Representative on site to install the equipment.  Installation support includes mounting the unit, configuration, and testing to ensure proper operation within the network.

 * Hourly rate for non-contracted on-site support during normal business hours can also be used to bill travel time. Does not include any applicable freight charges for equipment dispatched under emergency circumstances.
