Unified Threat Management Certifications

The ADTRAN Unified Threat Management (UTM) Certification includes training on the NetVanta 2000 series UTM appliances and services for state-of-the art solutions that integrate deep packet inspection firewall, wireless and VPN technologies that deliver comprehensive protection and maximum performance.

Each certification is valid for three years.

Unified Threat Management

ADTRAN Sales Professional (ASP)
ADTRAN Sales Professional for Unified Threat Management (ASP/UTM)  is for sales people who are interested in learning how to qualify sales opportunities for ADTRAN's Unified Threat Management solutions. This training will teach students the applications that are appropriate for these appliances and solutions, as well as key features and benefits that differentiate them from the competition. The self-paced online training and exam are free.

ADTRAN Technical Support Associate (ATSA)
ADTRAN Technical Support Associate for Unified Threat Management (ATSA/UTM) is the foundation level certification or technical staff responsible for designing and implementing, and supporting ADTRAN solutions using ADTRAN's NetVanta Unified Threat Management appliances and services. This training covers the basic concepts required to prepare each student for the hands-on ATSP course. The self-paced online training curriculum and exam are free.

ADTRAN Technical Support Professional (ATSP)
ADTRAN Technical Support Professional for Unified Threat Management (ATSP/UTM) is the professional level certification for technical staff that will be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting solutions using the NetVanta Unified Threat Management appliances and services. To achieve this certification, the student must successfully complete and master the concepts covered in ATSA/UTM, complete the ATSP/UTM certification training, and pass the ATSP/UTM exam.

Required Training:ADTRAN offers a two-day ATSP/UTM Instructor-led Training (ILT) class to prepare for the ATSP/UTM Exam.

Step 2:Login to ADTRAN University and enroll in the training and exam for the Certification plan of your choice.
Once you've logged in, click Learning and Metrics, then Catalog and view training by Category. Click details on the training of your choice and enroll. Payment will not be handled online. Payment and location details will be provided in a confirmation email.
Step 3: Pass the required exam.
