ADTRAN recruits many students each year from universities across the country. We pride ourselves in the ability to select and attract the brightest students. The rapid growth which ADTRAN has experienced since our beginning can be attributed to the highly motivated and dedicated group of employees who make up the ADTRAN workforce. To this end, our college recruiting activities are strongly supported throughout ADTRAN and are seen as extensive, influential and a keystone to our continued future success.

In addition, our vast growth results in a continuing need for qualified college graduates, many of whom are recruited directly from our Student Programs.
