401(k) Plan:
Eligible employees may elect to enroll in the ADTRAN 401(k) plan upon hire. The plan allows the employee to defer (pre-tax) up to 60 percent of income. After 12 months of service, ADTRAN will match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of the employee's contribution. The maximum match is 4% of compensation on an employee deferral of 5% or more.
Vacation:
Two weeks paid vacation is accrued per year for the first five years of service with increases thereafter as additional service is earned.
Sick Leave:
Five days are accrued for employees with less than one year of service, and 10 days are accrued per year for any employee with over one year of service.
Holidays:
ADTRAN provides several paid holidays each year. Paid holidays depend on shift, but most employees have seven major holidays & two company determined floating holidays.
Education Assistance:
Open to full-time employees for tuition paid for ADTRAN-related two and four year degrees. Reimbursement for 100% of tuition, lab, and registration fees is paid upon completion of course with an acceptable grade (normally "C" grade or equivalent).
Computer Purchase Assistance:
After one year of service, eligible employees may request an interest free loan for the purchase of computer hardware up to $2500.
