The Total Access 5000 ADSL2+ 32-Port Access Module (P/N 1187101E1) is an access module that works in conjunction with a splitter module to provide 32 independent ADSL interfaces. The ADSL ports meet the T1.413, G.dmt, G.Lite, and ADSL2+ standards over AAL5. Ports can be provisioned individually on a port-by-port basis using Total Access 5000 menus; configuration parameters are maintained in non-volatile memory.

The ADSL2+ 32-Port Access Module requires a sister Total Access 5000 Splitter ADSL2+ 32-Port Access Module (SPLTR A2+ 32-Port Access Module) (ANSI, P/N 1187105L1; ETSI, P/N 1188105E1) in the adjacent even-numbered slot with intercommunication between the two cards such that the ADSL2+ 32-Port Access Module is piggy-backed onto the SPLTR A2+ 32-Port Access Module.
