How to renew your ADTRAN Certifications

Below are the steps for recertification. Once you pass the certification exam, you will receive an email notification with an updated certificate reflecting your new expiration date. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days of completing your certification, then please notify Cindy Moore at cindy.moore@adtran.com. Please note that you have 90 days from your certificate expiration date to renew your certification. After 90 days, your certification will become invalid.

To renew your ADTRAN Sales Professional certification, follow these steps:
Login to ADTRAN University Select the certification family from ADTRAN Certification Programs section on the ADTRAN Organizer page Select the Sales Certification link for the *Required Exam* Enroll in exam Pass the ASP exam with a score of 85% or higher. Suggested training courses are available to prepare you for your certification exam. Please note that the course(s) are not required. Certification is based on completion of exam.

To renew your ADTRAN Sales Professional certification, follow these steps:

Login to ADTRAN University
Select the certification family from ADTRAN Certification Programs section on the ADTRAN Organizer page
Select the Sales Certification link for the Required Exam
Enroll in exam

Pass the ASP exam with a score of 85% or higher. Suggested training courses are available to prepare you for your certification exam. Please note that the course(s) are not required. Certification is based on completion of exam.

To renew your ADTRAN Technical Support Associate certification, follow these steps:
Login to ADTRAN University Select certification family from *ADTRAN Certification Programs* section on the ADTRAN Organizer Select the Technical Certification *(ATSA)* link for the *Required Exam* Enroll in exam Pass the ASTA exam with a score of 85% or higher. Suggested training courses are available to prepare you for your certification exam. Please note that the course(s) are not required. Certification is based on completion of exam.

To renew your ADTRAN Technical Support Associate certification, follow these steps:

Login to ADTRAN University
Select certification family from ADTRAN Certification Programs section on the ADTRAN Organizer
Select the Technical Certification (ATSA) link for the Required Exam
Enroll in exam

Pass the ASTA exam with a score of 85% or higher. Suggested training courses are available to prepare you for your certification exam. Please note that the course(s) are not required. Certification is based on completion of exam.

To renew your ADTRAN Technical Support Professional (ATSP) certification, follow these steps:
Send an email to training@adtran.com requesting activation of your ATSP certification exam. You will receive email confirmation when the exam has been added to your ADTRAN University profile. To access exam login to ADTRAN University Browse to *My Required Learning* Launch the exam Pass the ATSP exam with a score of 80% or higher. ADTRAN University has numerous ADTRAN Operating System (AOS) updates available to prepare for the ATSP exam. Search the *Catalog* in ADTRAN University to enroll in any AOS updates.

To renew your ADTRAN Technical Support Professional (ATSP) certification, follow these steps:

Send an email to training@adtran.com requesting activation of your ATSP certification exam.

To access exam login to ADTRAN University
Browse to My Required Learning
Launch the exam
Pass the ATSP exam with a score of 80% or higher.

ADTRAN University has numerous ADTRAN Operating System (AOS) updates available to prepare for the ATSP exam. Search the Catalog in ADTRAN University to enroll in any AOS updates.
