Optical Integration of Wireless Transport
The OPTI-6100 allows carriers to drop DS1, DS3, STS-1, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and OC-3 where they are needed and at attractive price points. Services and/or redundance can be added as required to minimize initial capital outlay. Wireless carriers have the option of OC-3 or OC-12 feeds to the OPTI-6100. It can also be used purely as a SONET/3/1 DCS to manage diverse microwave routes. DCS capability provides a non-blocking 336 VT1.5 cross-connect matrix with or without a SONET uplink. |
