Repair/Return and Upgrade
If your unit has failed or requires an upgrade, contact the Customer Care Center to speak with an ADTRAN Technical Support Engineer about replacement.

NOTE: ADTRAN’s Technical Support Department issues RMA numbers to customers requiring Advance Replacements in the event of a unit that is Dead on Arrival (DOA). A Technical Support Engineer must have an opportunity to troubleshoot/validate the failure in order to issue an RMA number. ADTRAN retains the final decision as to whether a situation warrants a replacement unit.
