SONET Ring-to-Termination Point Application

In this application, the OPTI-3 subtends off any Synchronous Optical NETwork (SONET)- compliant multiplexer with an OC-3 interface using a fiber connection and delivers three DS3s. The OPTI-3 supports Transaction Language 1 (TL1) messaging over the Data Communications Channel (DCC) to SONET GR-253 compliant devices.
